With a presence in Menorca since the 70s, the Solano Molins family began their wine project in 2003 with the purpose of creating happiness through the production of high quality wines. The gastronomic hobby, crafts and care for the natural environment are the pillars of the winery, which has the desire to integrate this culture in the Menorcan land.

They launched their first wine on the market in 2008 and currently the winery has an artisan production of 13,000 bottles a year. They make four different wines, two reds and two whites, selecting grapes with a phenolic point of maturity that expresses the minerality of the calcareous soil.
